Exam Guidelines & Process

    Complete payment first. After a successful checkout, study material will be sent to your inbox immediately and your exam link will be sent within 24 hours.

    Your exam link is valid for 7 days. The exam is available 24/7. Log in to your exam portal and begin when you are ready — no specific date or time slot required.

    90-minute time limit applies once started. The timer begins the moment you start the exam. Ensure a stable internet connection and an uninterrupted environment before beginning.
  • 4
    20 questions — MCQ, code fill, and scenario-based. Questions span all nine topic areas in the syllabus. You may navigate between questions freely within the exam window.
  • 5
    Results are processed within 2 business days. Once your results are ready, your digital certificate with a unique credential license key will be issued and emailed to you promptly.
  • 6
    The exam is AI-proctored. All activity during the exam session is monitored. Suspicious behaviour may result in disqualification.
Use a laptop or desktop for the best experience. Mobile is supported but not recommended for code-fill question types.
Do not use external resources, documentation, or AI tools during the exam. Violations may result in disqualification and credential revocation.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

The CPPA™ certification exam is open to all individuals without prerequisite requirements. By completing enrollment and payment, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age or have parental/guardian consent if under 16. Each enrollment is personal and non-transferable.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

The exam fee of $10.70 USD is charged at the time of enrollment. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the exam has not been accessed.
  • Refund requests must be sent to prioritysupport@certifycore.org.

3. Exam Conduct & Academic Integrity

You agree to attempt the exam independently. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Use of reference materials, books, websites, or AI tools
  • Sharing exam questions or answers with any third party
  • Recording, screenshotting, or copying exam content
  • Using another person's credentials or proxy test-taking

Violations result in immediate disqualification, credential revocation, and a permanent ban from CertifyCore examinations.

4. Credential Issuance & Validity

A digital certificate with a unique license key is issued carrying lifetime validity. CertifyCore reserves the right to revoke credentials in cases of proven academic dishonesty or misrepresentation.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

Personal data is used solely for exam administration and credential issuance. CertifyCore does not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CertifyCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The exam is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of employment outcomes.

7. Modifications

CertifyCore reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current terms.
